Since founding the Focus Group in 2001, Maggie has been developing and running corporate events dedicated to increasing commercial awareness of HR, Customer Engagement and Experience.
Focus Group now run events each year that attract delegates, sponsors and speakers from organisations such as Metrobank, BT, Unilever, Disney, Virgin, Coca-Cola, Fiat, O2, Symantec, LoveFILM, Yahoo!, RBS Group and Deutsche Bank.
Success is shown in the significant numbers of repeat attendees who value the practical advice offered at our events, relevant experience that they can take back to the workplace.
Customer Experience World (CEW) is not only regarded as the premier event in the industry but, also backed up by a year-on-year increase in attendees.
Maggie believes that “your people are your greatest assets” and she promotes the employee engagement process as the means for organisations to improve their brand positioning in the marketplace. Before establishing the Focus Group, Maggie managed sales forces, promoting sponsorship in the pharmaceuticals, telcos, financial services and HR sectors. Her last role as an employee was as Divisional Director at IIR.

David is not only committed to creating long-term business and personnel relationships, but also to building a community of experts through Linked-In, various interest groups and general networking. As a result, he has devoted most of his career to customer experience and has been involved with the Focus Group since it was founded in 2001.
His project management and leadership skills, coupled with a clear understanding of the HR / Customer Engagement and Experience industry has helped him to organise, manage and run numerous successful corporate events. Before joining the Focus Group, David gained front-line sales experience in a career spanning 15 years.
His specialities include: Creating and aligning key topics for leading experts to produce cutting-edge programme content, Customer Experience, Service Delivery, and Employee Engagement.

Strategic, transformational and customer centric, a global executive with 24+ years of experience in combining high technology, innovative solutions, design thinking, customer centricity, growth, and strong relationships.
Ricardo is the founder and managing director of Eglobalis, an insights, innovation and transformational agency focused in Customer Experience, Customer Success, Services, and Growth. He also focus in Real Innovation, simplification modeling for global organizations, serving several high technology companies worldwide such as Oracle, Samsung, Amdocs, Ericsson, VW, HP and others, his firm is based out of Munich Germany.
While Ricardo is fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish, Hebrew, and German* the most important language he speaks is Quality, Design Thinking, Innovation Management and Customer Experience. “Quality and Design,” he says, “is what links the different parts of an organization together and helps ensure that clients’ desired outcomes are met generating real retention, satisfaction and growth.”
Ricardo is also an entrepreneur, keynote speaker, blogger, philanthropist coming on board The Focus Group Events to help as external strategic adviser, to transform the experiences for delegates, speakers, sponsors, partners and audience. He will help to drive the transformation of The Focus Group Events, the branding, marketing, Omni channels, creating a new approach for the events and its communities together with the amazing existing team to generate growth, loyalty and more opportunities.
Ricardo is also a global citizen which loves traveling and sports and was born in Brazil, grow up in Israel, US and Germany. Earned his MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Evanston IL, USA. His undergraduate studies focused on Information Systems and Industrial Engineering, in Israel. In his ‘spare’ time, Ricardo is co-founding the European Customer Experience Association.
Passionate about work and life, Ricardo, a diabetic, wants to help wipe diabetes from the Earth for all of us in our lifetimes. All the proceeds from his forthcoming 2019 book will be shared with the Faustman Lab. Ricardo is doing his fair share and encouraging his followers to help support this valuable work which is being conducted at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School.
