This program is critical to our client loyalty and retention as it pushes service providers/partners to provide an experience that is in line with our Service charter. This program has become the “Grammy’s” of the Insurance Industry, where all our service providers/partners are recognized for dazzling our clients, who happen to be their clients too.
Jenny has been with Discovery for 21 Years and has worked extensively across the Discovery Group.
She started up the UK Finance Operations department (PruHealth) and she then transferred to Discovery Insure in 2005 to head up Strategic Projects where she successfully started the following departments: Project Management; Quality Assurance; Partner Relations and Customer Experience. In addition to this she implemented an Industry first Partner Awards program which ensures that our partners provide world class service to our clients. In 2012, Jenny and her team won the Discovery CEO Top Innovation Award from Adrian Gore.
Jenny is a member of the South African Quality Institute; Gauteng PMO Forum and the CXSA Association.
