Kelley Brogan is Head of Customer Experience for Store of the Future at Farfetch. Kelley joined Farfetch in February of 2018 bringing her expertise in technology, services and customer to the creation of inspired, engaging products and experiences connecting online and offline luxury retail.
Recently, Kelley has led the creation of an internal Customer Experience lab for R&D of new technologies across the customer journey. Her passion for collaborative creativity and augmenting technology with the human touch drive her to explore and learn constantly.
Prior to Farfetch, Kelley worked at Apple for 11 years. Joining in 2007, 6 months before the launch of the first iPhone, she had an incredibly diverse career working across the Internet Services and Retail Marketing teams in production, partner management, project management, large scale content and country launches in Cupertino, Luxembourg, London and Tokyo. Kelley is originally from a small town in Northern California and grew up a competitive equestrian and music nerd. She now lives in Cornwall.
