Nikki is an engaging, energised, strategic leader, having spent 25 years experimenting with entrepreneurial ways of working across international teams in competitive digital agencies in London and Paris, working on brands from Marks and Spencer to British Airways, Waitrose, TUI and Unilever.
Nikki took marketing agency TMW international, by winning the Nissan Europe digital and data business across 26 markets. In doing so, she moved to France and set up a dedicated arm of the UK agency to service all markets from the Nordics to Russia, expanding the team from 4 to 44 people at a pace.
She has been MD and co-owner of Propellernet over the last ten years, having transformed the Brighton based SEO agency into a global marketing organisation and SAAS provider, serving the PR, content and search world - hand in hand with being one of the top 15 Best Places to work in the UK for 8 years running.
Under her leadership, Propellernet has become known for its culture of inclusion, personal responsibility and creative freedom. It has been showcased for the way it works, as well as the work it does, by the BBC, the Guardian, the Parliament Trust, Corporate Rebels and the Chamber of Commerce.
Nikki regularly talks on the subject of culture and engagement at work and the success of Propellernet - speaking at worldwide events such as SheSays Global Digital Network for Women, Chamber of Commerce Summit, WorldBlu Colorado and Agency Hackers in London.
