About the speaker

Paul has worked in the online recruitment industry for 21 years and prior to that lead the South African office of a UK based medical staffing firm.

As head of insights Paul is responsible for the analysis of B2C (Job Seeker) and B2B (Recruiter) data to better understand the relative strengths and weaknesses of both brands. This enables future strategic, commercial and operational positioning of the brands and, importantly, the building of sales insights to support, guide and further enhance sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Soangroup owns the brands of CareerJunction and Pnet in South Africa. The brands are sister companies to TotalJobs in the UK, StepStone in continental Europe, IrishJobs, and NIJobs in Ireland as well as other major job board brands in South America and Mauritius.
