Quality x Price = Max CX

In a time where big online shops promise things like deliveries within 90 minutes, it can sometimes be forgotten what ACTUALLY is the most important CX: QUALITY + PRICE!

A discounter’s example describes how a whole organisation can be efficient and customer-centric at the same time.

  • Simplicity is the key, not just for a discounter
  • Do customers actually want or need lovely stores and exotic products?
  • Or do they need the best possible quality and price for the products they REALLY want on a ‘daily’ basis?
