Sharyn is a Service Executive at Discovery Health and is Head of the Integrated Business Solutions unit.
As a thought leader and gatekeeper of the client experience, she is passionate about providing a seamless end to end client journey. Having started her career at the forefront of contact centers, she has amassed extensive knowledge and experience in the field for over 20 years, lending to her well rounded and balanced approach to client experience. Sharyn has won the prestigious Service Operations Awards at Discovery Health in 2017,2015 and 2014. She lives with her family in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Discovery has created a business on the principles of shared value where customers and society derive benefits from the company as it grows and prospers through the provision of its products and services.
